Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if I qualify for the member rate?
You must be an active CPS member in good standing at the time of registration. If you're not yet a member, you can join CPS and immediately access the member rate.
Is there a student rate?
Perfusion students and trainees who are CPS members receive the member rate of $299. Contact us for group student pricing if registering multiple students from the same program.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the conference. A 50% refund is available 15–30 days prior. No refunds within 14 days of the event. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
Are CEU credits included in the registration fee?
Yes. All registered attendees receive CEU credits for eligible sessions at no additional cost.
Can I register on-site?
On-site registration is available subject to capacity. An additional $50 surcharge applies to on-site registrations.
